Although we woke up to the sad news of the happenings in Plateau state and saddened by it, we decided to go on with our planned mentoring Dialogue between the older female politicians and the younger ones. For us to make that change in our beloved country, we all MUST be actively involved in politics. It can’t be business as usual. The killings Must stop and younger ones Must participate. Still on the crisis in Plateau, right after our workshop for our young female politicians, we had a press briefing expressing our position and sadness at the continued human crisis happening in different parts of the Nation most recently Plateau. This also includes the abuse of humans rights. We also, gave our stand on the inclusion of youth, women and people with disabilities in the 2019 elections and governance.
